Thumbs up I'm in desperate need of some bolts.

Can anyone HELP!!!!!

I need to get 120 new bolts for a set of split rim alloys I'm refurbishing. The old bolts I'm putting back in are stretching at 15 NM so I really need to get some new ones.

I'm looking for some 12 point (splined) headed with a 12-13mm flange bolts. That are M6 in size and about 30mm in length with a 15mm shank.

I have spent hours and hours looking around the internet for these bloody bolts with not a lot of success. If anyone could help just a little bit, I would be very grateful.

Try a Google for a company called Namrick.

I have bought all manner of fasteners from them in the past years. They do mail order too.

The fasteners you want are specialist, but also try GKN on Google.

you could try also Image Wheels in dudley, West Midlands. They make split rim wheels and might have what you need for their wheels. Worth a phone call.

Good luck,
Graham

Thanks Graham, Neil

I've just emailed Image to see it there bolts will fit. So it's fingures crossed.

If anyone could shed any more light on where I can get these bolts. That would be great

Do you need 12 point splined heads? That's what's there now but purely for appearance reasons. If normal cap head allen screws will fit then they're easily obtainable and will be just as strong.

Got my set of bolts from Image Wheels in the end, thanks for the pointers everyone. I found quite a few people who could supply the bolts. But decided to go with Image ones as foremost they make split rim wheels and they sounded better quality than the others I was offered.

So now my pockets are £130 lighter for 120 bolts and nuts. Not exactly cheap, but I can now get my Blitz rims back together. So I'm
