This is a form stating which company has brought in your car with the VAT number on there and where the company is based. Simply give the company you bought it off a quick call and they should be able to fax you one or post you one without any problems. You won't usually be able to get the car off the docks/bonded compound without the VAT & duty being paid so i wouldn't worry!! Without this customs form you won't be able to register your car so you need to chase it up and you should have your new baby on the road within 3 or 4 days

If you imported it yourself from Japan then who has paid the VAT@ 17.5% and the import duty@10%. Who cleared the customs duty for you as this is the company who can give you your customs form. If you are unsure about this PM me your number and i'll call you tommorow and try and help you out as there's always a solution!!
Dave.
