I have a MY98 Reddish Blue Turbo with 52,000 miles on it, if you call that low, it does about 4to 5K a year and does not come out in the wet.
Cheers
Colin
My MY00 has 37k which I expect is lower than average.
If I keep it a few years though and continue with the current mileage, it'll be a seriously low average
MY99 with 39,000 on clock only had a 6 months but love driving her so prob be putting on about 8,000 a year now but arent they meant to be driven and not stored away
I try to avoid using mine for going to work (use my mountain bike instead) so I've done about 5,000 miles in the 6 months I've had it. Apparently the 1st owner also had a Porsche, Ferrari, and Merc SL-something. He did 4k miles between 2001-2005!
Thanks, looks like theres a few around, the reason I ask is that I am on the look out for a low mileage 99/00 Impreaza Turbo and just wondered did they exist. Cheers.

Oh and MY99, with 84k
It's not that we don't use them; some of us just don't need them for the daily commute to work! They get used for the purpose they were intended; getting driven enthusistically, not stuck in a traffic jam 5 days of the week!
BTW made an error, mine has 25k, not 27!!
I misread the trip computer DUH!!! Kinda nice feeling though, like finding £20 under the sofa!

There are several, some quite highly tuned, with over 150k!
If they're looked after and driven properly and tuned by people who understand the engine and its limitations, there is no reason why they shouldn't survive into old age.
