Default Advice on car body repair prices

Can anyone give advice?
Need to get some paint work done on my new car no real damage only stone chips and the odd small dent. i have decided to get the 2 sides and bonnet done. Then the car will be as new
Been to 10 body shop and recived 10 prices as follows

1. 350
2. 850
3. 650
4. 1000
5. 900
6. 2150
7. 500
8. 625
9. 1400
10. 1250

Now i know you can get varaince in price but this takes the ****. majorty of these body shops had ovens all but one where painting in 2 pack the other a new product and is water based.
How can i make a choice on who to go for with prices varing this much ?
Anyone got any reccomdations in the worthing/brighton area

theres no reason what so ever that they have to charge 1250 for just 2 sides and a bonnet my brother used to spay harleys air brushing the lot till he was killed he could get the paint spary a full car bake with all the time still make a good money for £500 it would cost more if they wanted a colour change with engine out and spray inside and out
