I want to fit the larger sti type spoiler to my MY00 impreza, is there any major things i should know before i do it?

Like will it hold the extra weight etc?

Just make sure you are aware that this is the beginning of the slippery slope into bankruptcy as modifying the scoob becomes a weekly event

check fitment, you can get ones that use all existing fixing holes and require no drilling etc, to be honest looked into it myself and by the time youve got one had it painted its only gonna cost you an exra £50 to get someone to fit it for you, and then you don't need to worry.

weight wise no probs.

just be aware of some cheap and nasty cheap out there.
