Mudflaps ! (yes or no )
Hi all i've been thinking about a set of mudflaps for my car but i'm just not sure if they look superb or just a bit of a tacky look ,
I thought i'd get the valued opinion of my fellow snetters so feel free to comment .
Any pics of your scoobs with flaps would be great
Cheers , Dave

I too share your dilema. Just been looking on ebay and they tend to go for 50-60 quid, trouble is i cant decide whether i want them or not.
I have been pondering this for the last two weeks.
On the business park where i work there is a car, same model and colour as mine with blue flaps and white sti loco and it looks cool.
Trouble is when i look at pics on ebay i'm not so sure

If you manage to get a set cheap enough you can always wip them off if you dont like them, can't really justify it at 60 quid though.

Beware of ones on Ebay. Lettering tends to come away and they are basically cut up sheets of plastic u could make urself. About a fivers worth used on mine!! Luckily new car already had genuine STI jobbies fitted from new which are the business but not worth nearly £400!! I have seen Scoobyworld items and they are pretty good copies.

I have the £60 ones off e-bay on mine and I think they look great. Mind you, even if I didn't, I would still fit them. It's amazing how badly stone-chipped the lower halves of the sills are on my car, which was 18 months old when I got it. They really need the protection that the flaps provide.

I'm not a fan of mudflaps at all. Can't see why anyone would want them, they spoil the lines of the car and yes they do look tacky. Had them on my 22b only because they came with the car, kept them on as stonechips are meant to be a bitch on the rear arches. If I kept the car they would have come off.
LOL at the strips and the strips and spotlight combo.

Never had any pebble dashing on the 3 Imprezas I didnt have flaps on, you must drive along gravel roads a lot
