Subaru WRX and the wet "twisties"
Which is quicker?
A WRX on 3mm of rubber on the wet twisties, or a Clio 182 on 7mm of rubber?
Or...a WRX on cheap 5mm of Nang Kang rubber or a Civic on 5mm if Michelins?
........just a thought

Seriously though, it would depend on the driver not the rubber, and not the same driver in all cars, certain drivers will drive certian cars quicker, that life.

I thought I was comparing road cars.....however you raise a valid point. If it is, as you say, for dirt tracks and gravel, why on earth did they put expensive grippy summer tyres on 17inch rims?
