Yeh - all you have to do is drive through LEEDS from South to North and see if you can emerge at the other side still with said scooby in your possesion.

I believe that Paul Ripley driving courses are based in the Yorkshire area. (He's the guy who does the column in the Telegraph and used to appear on Driven.) I've not done one of his courses myself, but everything I have read about them has been fantastic.
