Angry Southampton Drivers Beware

Black unmarked Skoda VRS trying to "bait" drivers into chasing it. Tried to catch me out down the salisbury road yesterday (30mph) limit, just held back at a steady 20mph to pi$$ them off. After a couple of attempts to get me to chase them they gave up and turned round.

Engraver.

Is it not worth reporting these ***** to their Senior officer if they were indeed trying to goad you into a 'race'?

Trust me,you might find yourself quite surprised at how seriously they take this kind of complaint.

And so they should, why should the old bill be allowed to bait people into racing just so they can pull u?

Errm

No such thing as baiting though, there cant be. People wouldnt "be baited" if it was a marked police car would they? What makes an unmarked car any different?

PS - Well driven Engraver

I was wondering that. Wave a red rag perhaps? Or does being in front of you in a Skoda count as baiting on its own?

I was wondering the same, if you say the car was in front? I can understand the annoyance if he's two feet behind you, but in front? Do people here race anyone they see in front of them who is pulling away?
