Default Handling mods

Ok now I have settled for just ppp on my sti MY05 and wanting to reserve my warranty on the important bits i.e the engine. What handling mods would peeps recomend? I have pfftr 18'' wheels on already.

TSL recommend powerflex anti roll bar bushes, strut braces and braided brake hosing, followed by one of their Laser Geometry setups. This a good start? or can peeps suggest anything else worth doing?

I have Whiteline anti-lift kit, Prodrive springs and Whiteline rear arb.

Strut braces are not really worth it on the newage as the shell is very stiff to begin with.

Braided brake hoses are a good idea.

easy mod (even i could have fitted it) was a Whiteline rear ARB and droplinks - that on its own has made a difference
Having springs, ALK and wheel alignment next week

Rear ARB and links followed by a good geometry set up, will give the best results. I think that the anti-lift kit will give you the smallest return for your investment. Braided hoses will improve braking feel enormously; changing your friction material (for something a little 'harder') may help too (dont be tempted by a material with a poor cold performance though).

Rear ARB and links is the most noticeable improvement for the smallest money!

Powerstation. They know their stuff. I would consider rear & front arb's, anti lift kit & there geo set up braided hoses & good fluid help as well

I wouldn't be too bothered about bushes yet; as mentioned several times above, whiteline rear anti-roll bar (don't do the front though) and solid droplinks followed by geometry. I've always been a fan of powerstation but TSL know what they're doing too.

I agree; hard bushes will make the car bang and thump and few people will tolerate it. Further to that by removing the suspension's (bush's) compliance you transfer loads directly to the chassis; and this isnt actually a good thing on its own (the chassis requires further work; all this goes against 'MaxPower' theory I know.....).
