Default Anyone know of PPP deals?

Hello all. I've seen mentioned on this forum before now that dealers occasionally have a bit of a sale/discount on the Prodrive Performance Pack, with someone even quoting as low as £1150 once if memory serves.

Quick question, then: anyone know of a dealer currrently offering a good deal on these (for a Bugeye if that helps)? My local one is charging the standard £1600, so thought it might be worth a bit of a road trip if I can save some cash.

Cheers,
Phil

My local dealer - £995 for WRX PPP and £1300 IIRC for STI PPP. Most dealers in Scotland doing the same.

I believe Gatwick Subaru are discounting PPP's at the mo.

Depends where you are....

I'm in Telford, and the two dealers near me are offering nothing off the price unfortunately. I definitely think if there's a possibility of saving a few hundred quid, it's worth a bit of travelling! Scotland may be pushing it a bit, though.

Gatwick must be about 250 miles from you!

I know that they have substantially discounted the WRX kits. Surely somewhere closer could match there price.

Yeah, Gatwick is a fair old drive, and they've only discounted the PPP down to £1400, so I porbably won't bother about that one. No dealer round here seems keen on matching the prices you can get elsewhere; they just quote you the list price and that's yer lot.

If I can find a Scottish dealer who is really willing to fit one for £600 less than list, I may have to consider a brief Scottish holiday!

Whoa! Just as I pressed "send" on my last message, a reply came through from the Scooby garage in Ayr, saying that they are indeed doing PPPs for a grand!

Now to go to the RAC route planner site and find out just how much driving would be involved.....

Phoned round some of the Scottish dealers today but was told the offer for the STI PPP finished last month it was £1395.These were the PPPs for the unsold STIs that are sitting with huge discounts at most dealers.
