Impreza P1 - what to look for ?

I am new to the forum, but am after some advice with regard to Impreza P1's.
I am getting pressured to sell my Track prepped Fireblade and have negotiated that I can have a 4 wheel toy instead !
I am really keen on the P1, however want some tips and advice as to what to look for ?
In general:
Definite no, no's
Mileage
How much to pay
What can go wrong
Areas to look at
Where to look for a mint one
What up keep is required
etc etc
Any advice very much welcomed

I think I got a mail about an extended Subaru warranty programme and seem to recall that the extended warranty for the P1 was about twice the cost of other cars and only covered the car up to 60,000 miles.
I guess what this says is have a few quid in the bank for repairs and avoid anything over 60,000 miles. No personal experience, but as these people are trying to make cash on these warranty schemes they clearly measure the risk carefully.

P1 what to look out for ???
A new engine
Even Subaru wont warranty them after 50-60k, cant remember exact figure. When they do its always a lot more than say an sti.
At the mileages most are probably at i wouldn't touch one because i need a car everyday and an engine rebuild would leave me up the creek without a paddle.
My local dealer has a Y plate example for 16 grand
