I went with an Apexi fits perfectly doesn't move because its bolted to the body (if the kit moves it can cause vibration through the MAF and possibly damage it).
I removed the resonator box in the wing to get better airflow to the kit

If your running less than 350bhp it's regarded that an induction kit is not
as good as the standard air box with a high flow panel filter such as STI, J&R
etc.

The problem is the under bonnet temps are so high that the induction kit, unless
shrouded will take in the hot air and actually produce less power and increase the
possibilty of detonation.

Removing the resonator/snorkel from within the wing will allow more/better
air flow though.

Go for a K&N induction kit, had one on my car for the past 20k and no problems at all. Or go for the pipercross viper kit i think its called. Its comes surrounded by a heat shield.
