Default Help needed to find ebay thief

I bought this DV of ebay and the guy told me he posted it next day on Monday morning, that was the last i heard from him, he has never answered my mail and the item has never arrived. Is there anyway of getting address from ebay? i have contacted all his other buyers and sellers today and have found around 5 address's using 192. I know its only a week but the lack of response is not good.

Chill,

file a non arrival of goods report with ebay,

if he dosent respond, or the method of posting wasnt approved, then you get your cash back

a week for you will probably seem an age but the guy selling may well have a perfectly good reason for not replying or sending the goods(even if he says he has).

example. my inlaw with over 200 sales, 100% feedback, had a few items for sale on ebay was sent an email stating that one of the items didnt appear genuine ? before he had time to query the email he was temporarily banned, leaving my inlaw without any contact details to send the item
it was later resolved and everybody lived happily ever after

I know it shouldn't have done it when he had an auction running, but maybe he's gone on holiday? Royal Mail class post as lost after 15 days.
