You may be aware of this, but the ecu on the my97-98 cars can't be easily remapped which is a problem if you want to upgrade turbo or, some would say, go for a full decat. You are looking at replacing the ecu with an apexi power fc and getting this mapped.

Hi mate .. I'm new too - a word of warning, I have seen some crap on here - from the **** Boyz - you will know them, they slag off some clever bloke called pslewis all the time (they eat him, drink him and dream about him - but he outwits them all constantly)

i was warned about running cost and upgrading cost. didnt put me off tho. especially after driving one for the first time. oh yes, smiles per miles
