There are two ways of 'converting' the speedometer. The first is to simply replace the facia with one that reads to 112mph (eqv. to 180kph). The second is to fit a 1.6:1 drop gear to the speedometer drive and then either cover the 'kpm' marker on the facia with an 'mph' one or to fit a replacement 180mph facia.

If you buy a Lockwood white facia kit (for a JDM) they include both facias; you have to wonder whether theyre talking the **** at over £45 then dont you?
