oh no- we can't buy australian WRX autos anymore 
i think you'll find you have never (?) been able to get an auto WRX or STi in the UK.
You can get a sport auto though.
pity cos i probably would have bought an auto WRX if they were available here

They won't drop the auto box entirely, plenty of demand in Japan and the US. I had to search hard here to find a manual WRX Wagon, I'd say 75% were autos.
