Default Hello New Member - Sort Of

Hi There

I dont own a subaru but my father in law has just bought a very nice 2 door Type R which he picks up this week.

I am more a nissan guy and have has a few skylines and 300zx's and am on my latest project 300zx at the moment which is nearly finished and due to be mapped by Steve @ TEG in a few weeks

So thought i'd best post on here as no doubt i will need some help as i will be doing some work on the car when he gets it

He wants a HKS bov fitting (posted in the wanted section) unless someone can suggest any better bov?? also the car has 2 nice apexi gauges but there not wired up so again any help on where the best place to splice into the illumination wiring and a good boost source for the boost gauge would be helpful.

Anyway more details and pics/spec of my car are on my site www.kirbz-zed.co.uk and will post up pics of his when he pics it up

Many thanks
Mike

cheers dude, was an amazing looking car, was stage 2ish tuning but tbh to get it to the next stage was going to cost big money and i had been offered the white R32 which i nearly bought before the R33!! so people think i was mad going from a R33 to an R32 but there completly different, the 33 is a bit of a pudding compared to the R32 and much nicer to drive

Local, live in BLS

Yes, I know Graham. In fact I was there on Saturday and Im popping down this Sat coming to get a couple of replacement alloys fitted.

I have a Type R like Grahams (well actually, a slighty newer one).

Thats the general opinion of those in the know. I'm no expert, do a search and you'll see plenty of similar advice. Maybe pm the poster.

The r32 would be my choice, but the paint and interior on that r33 is lovely
