Just a quick first post to say hi...

I took delivery of my first scoob a couple of weeks ago, after having an Octavia vRS for a year or so. Now getting used to wheel spin free driving !
I've got a new 06 Impreza WRX in WR Mica Blue.

leerichosti, my octy vRS sure was different to the scoobe. The power of the scoobe is pretty amazing, (and the vRs was no slouch...), but what I think is most amazing is the grip. In the rain, I used to drive on tenderhooks, planting the accelerator ended up spinning the front wheels...

But the scoob just seems to grip all the time...

I did enjoy my vRS, but was disappointed with the spec and look of the new one, and I'd wanted a scoob for years anyway !

I'm looking forward to some more 'intense' driving after my first service in week or so...
