hi all

trying to update my road angel and getting the message "the Road Angel did not receive any information from the server"


Blackspot say this is down to Firewall software of some sort. I've configured my Norton so that shouldn't be it.... is there a standard Firewall on my pc somewhere that i might not be seeing?

hi, am no expert but experienced the same probs, with Norton . there should be a small icon relating to norton/firewall on your bottom task bar click on this to disable to allow the angel to update.Hope it helps
