It's a scam. It's always a scam when they provide an email address and don't want to be contacted via My Ebay.

Default email address on ebay?

Not always a scam when someone gives an email address they sometimes do it to do deal off ebay for cash, if eve in any dougbt meet the guy to exchange cash for goods, dont realy on postal service if in any doubt!
