Forgive me for being a little thick, Whats the difference between a TD04 and a TD05?

Im driving a Jap import 1994 impreza wrx, Ive looked at the turbo to see if there is any markings on it but cant see any.

Any Help please

You should have a TD05. It's bigger than the TD04 and can give better performance accross it's operating range. The downside is spoolup is a little slower.
