Default New car issues - what did you get resolved

Had my car in for its first service and fitting of PPP, gave the dealer a list of small problems that i expected to get solved but non were, now before i ring them can anyone say if they have had the same problems and how they got them resolved.

List of problems reported:

1: Dashboard rattle from arround the defroster piece of plastic on the top of the dashboard, this can get pretty loud.

2: Rattle from what seems to be the rear passenger selt belt mechanism (the roller bit behind the seat) this is horrendous when it starts as it wont stop until i get out the car and pull on the seatbelt.

3: Rattle from arround the grab handle on the passenger front seat

4: Brake disks still corroded/groved after 1400 miles, i think they tried to fix this by just stupid high speed braking, because my brakes were useless after i picked it up.

5: Clutch pedal 'clunk' just as i press it (like theres play in the mechanism)

6: 'buzz' from exhaust when rolling along at about 2.6 - 3.5k rpm (might be normal waistgate noise)

New problems after PPP fitted:

1: New exhaust may not be fitted properly as it feels 'loose' under the car (difficult to explain)

2: Engine running 'rough' at idle

Anyone else had these specific problems and get them resolved/explained?

Any help appreiated

Simon

Edit: Car is a '05' STI

Best one was a clicking noise that seemed to be from the seatbelt but was in fact a spot weld somewhere, took ages to find but the dealer - Adams - took the time to find and fix it. Two new clutches and new brake disks.

55 wrx import - nothing of interest to note (touch wood) 7000 miles under my belt.

Are you sure that isn't the noise of air being sucked into the panel filter? i like that sound.

1. i get a very fine vibration from the seatbelt mech covers at different times depending on engine speed. Stops when I put my hand on it. Not as intrusive as your obviously.

2. mine sounds "rough" on idle compared to my last car (S class mercedes)... i kinda like it though

What i mean about 'rough' is that the car now wobbles at idle, it was perfectly smooth before the PPP, i wouldnt of expected that to change.

Anyone else got any 'play' in the clutch pedal?

When you say wobbles, do you mean that the rev needle drops low and the car almost stalls?

you mean it "hunts" - revs go up and down... or do u mean it always sounds like it's about to stall....?

Mines got PPP and will dip the revs significantly regularly, almost like tis having a rest (lol), then boost them up when the aircon kicks in.
