Default Is there something missing from my HKS ssqv dump valve?

Ive recieved my second hand hks ssqv dump valve today and tried to fit it. The bung goes in fine just like the one i had from my old bailey valve but the smaller pipe that goes onto the dump valve doesnt fit! It pushes on tightly to the bailey valve but it is too big for my new one. Am i missing a section of smaller pipe

Cheers guys hope you can help

See the extra pipe this comes with! Do i need one ?
