when did the 05 sti changes first come out?

Question when did the 05 sti changes first come out?
ie- the wider track etc was it 1st of jan 05 or did earlier 54 plated cars get the goodies?

mines an 04, 05 spec car wide track etc ,may 04 i think its an import

Mines a 54plate, but an 05 model, Think they came out tail end of 04.

According to Haynes 'Subaru Impreza Turbo', by Chris Rees, they had these changes September 04 on MY05 models.

As above, the extra bit around the rear wheel arches gives it away.

Default about two days after I bought mine!!
September 2004 a few days after I bought mine, was not pleased with dealer as gave no indication of new model and I had nort found Scooby net at that time.
its Black 54 reg and for sale at £15K start on ebay
