I assume its just the same as on any other car??
Undo bottom hose, remove radiator/pressure cap, drain ..... put hose it to flush ... refit hose and cap and refill ..... 30 minutes?

If engine is hot and the thermostat is open when you drain and flush, yes you'll flush teh engine block and heads.
If the thermostat is shut, then no it wont flush the block an heads - it'll only flush the rad. The cold water will shut the thermostat pretty quick anyway
Wouldn't let it worry you unless you had a head gasket failure and maintain normal change intervals. Flushing the radiator will suffice.
