Default Are defi gauges any good?

my scoob is being delivered on friday this week

ive paid £700.00 eek to have a set of 3 defi gaugues and pod fitted, was this a good investment? I dont even know what they do lol, before it is delivered i have spoken to the seller (Litchfields) as to what other things he would suggest doing before it is delivered and he suggested the defi gauges plus the following:

btw its an MY04 PPP

1 - slightly upgraded mid section exhaust and backbox, i think milltek
2 - mud flaps
3 - ecu remap
4 - 3 port solinoid
5 - K&N Filter
6 - Prodrive strutbrace

I trust litchfield 100%, but just wondered what you think of the above mods and what you would suggest i do in the future?

Ta!

Defi's are some of the best gauges you can get.

All the above mods are also pretty sensible as well.

Defis are savagely over priced and chock full of bling.
you can get other gauges that cost a mere fraction that defis do.
#depends entirely on whether your a "function" kind of person or a "form" kind of person.

TBH i think it's the sensor that's gone. The gauge still works, but it just doesn't show the right info
