Hi,

Dont know if i should put this in a different section but i have a dialema.

I want to buy an '05' STI, but i hate the rear wing, problem is that the 'WR Sport' wing that i have wont fit, as the sti has two more holes drilled in it.

What chance do you think someone would swap their 'same age' WRX boot for an STI one (and wing ofcourse), do you think anyone would want this for 'free' ?

If I was you, I would also ask for some money to, as these wings are £800 from a dealer

Thx tony, never thought of asking the dealer how much are sti wings

But i would still do it for a good price (maybe if someone payed for spraying my wheels silver) or less.

Put it in the For Sale section, and ask for cash plus the WRX boot lid and spolier. Someone is bound to want a swap over!! I seem to remember some in there a few months back going for £300 ish plus the WRX lid.

The other option is to buy a boot lid from a scrappy and that will release yours to sell or put back on the car at a later date.
If you can find a spec c boot they do not have any spoiler on at all.
