Default Scoobie Badges??

Hi

Just wondered if anyone has changed the SUBARU badge on the back for the SCOOBY, and how did you get the old badges off as I've order some today.

Cheers

Hair dryer & fishing line done the trick...Then a little white spirit, & finish off with some polish.

I used a hair dryer and some cotton to remove and then some bug and tar remover to get rid of the residue of sticky stuff, then a good polish.

Suggest tar remover rather than white spirit for removing residue.
As reccommended by friend in trade, his view too much white spirit could upset paint work.

Did our badges with a kettle full of boiling water (couple actually) melts all the glue nice abd safely and came of a treat. Then a bit of a polish with and looks un noticeable.
I was shown this way by a signs company who did this on a previous car of mine to remove some vinyl stickers and also dealer/ manufacture badges.

Not tried the other ways, so their probably all equal in results.

The **** who took off my Scoobie badge didn't have much trouble removing it. Any idea how I can get rid of the screwdriver scrapes in the paintwork?
