Default SS Manifold

Thinking about getting a new SS Manifold. Been looking at the GT-Spec Gen 2 with the up pipe. Or maybe a HKS... Is the HKS worth the extra money does anyone know. It is about twice the price. Also it doesnt come with an up pipe. Will this affect the performance if I fit to the original up pipe? Or will I need to get a new up pipe aswell. But Ive not seen one for sale for the early Classic. I have a MY95 WRX..

Cheers

Dean

Yes seen those about £700. But they only do the equal length ones dont they. I would prefer the un-equal ones to keep the burble.

There must be some opinions on the GT-Spec ones loads of people seem to have them. They are the best seller on a few sights Ive looked on...

The Gruppe-S and GT-spec are both top quality copies of the HKS. i.e you would be a bit silly to spend the extra money on an HKS item.

GT spec comes with a 3 bolt flange for the uppipe though, which is a bit better for sealing than the Gruppe-S

GT-Spec can be had coated with Jet hot so no need to mess around with exhaust wrap.

Can you buy them already coated for the early classic. As it will save me the bother of wrapping them and the grief when they get wet and steam...
