It is normally a very quiet backwater on NASIOC but gets a lot more more active when sf.com is down...

 

looks like it's been taken down again. Sodding script kiddies.

I'll see if i can find out more, but the holidays are slowing recovery up...

Page 15 shows the part numbers for the Forester.

There are two options:

Control - 24-40mm drop
Flatout - 40-55mm drop

I'm only after the Control springs, but I think it would be a good time to replace the dampers as well (109k on the clock!!! )

Stevem2k is organising the group buy, but I'll mention it to him tonight to get back on the case!
