Angry Even parents cant be careful around my scoob!

Scoobs been parked in my garage now for a while as it needs a new bottom end, so i decide i may aswell take the front bumper off to have it resprayed, i noticed the brake duct vents which are behind the bumper and look fairly fragile, just sticking out there. So i warn all the family to be careful when walking around the scoob, especially the brake ducts...........so one week later i walk in the garage and notice one has been snapped off . Mum then says "..oh i did it last nite, sorry, was going to tell you...."

F*cks sake, is nothing safe from being damaged!?!?!

rant over

Wrap it in cotton wool next time. Although I can't promise the cotton wool won't get damaged.

Ignore this lot they are just jealous cos they have massive overheads

I feel for you especially as you pre-warned them to stay clear, make mum pay for the repair

Oh so a V5 STi isnt a good scooby anymore? Suppose you think the same about P1's/type-r's and other imprezas of that generation then, which all can be known to suffer from big end bearing failure.

Cheers SCOsazOBY, I know what you mean, ive enough overheads at the minute without adding what the costs would be of a decent place of my own on top! Oh btw im not harsh enough to charge to get it repaired, i'll sort it when I come to re-fit the bumper...........then deduct a small amount from the rent (only kidding )

But RAR to anything being broken (says a man who needs new cylinder head gasket and heater matrix !)
