Alliance wins Warranty battle with Subaru warranties for our customers
Dear Sirs
Press release
After 3 months of discussions with the European Commission, and the help of What Car? Magazine, I can now announce that there is no longer an issue with Subaru Warranties. If you have a warranty problem just take your car to the nearest Subaru dealer, along with your warranty/service book and the work will be carried out.

I would personally like to thank Matt Sanger @ What Car? for his help. He has been instrumental for the ruling from Subaru Europe Head Quarters.
I would also like to thank my customers for all there support over the last 3 months especially Dr Alun Thomas.
This whole situation has lost my company thousands of pounds in loss of sales due to the tactics of Subaru UK (International Motors) not to mention the sleepless nights and the stress over the last 3 months
I will be speaking to my lawyer about the conduct of International Motors
Merry Christmas & Happy Near Year to you all
Kind Regards
Paul McKenna

Well done! I know how much effort and nervous energy you put into this so you must be enormously pleased - as an Alliance WRX owner I know I'm very happy.
My WRX hasn't needed any work doing on it thus far (touch wood) but I'll drive it easier (and perhaps a little quicker) knowing that I'm covered by a full warranty.
