Default Any More 2006 WRX's on the road ?

I've just bought a Black 2006 WRX, well me and the missus have.

I'm out of the country and she is in UK driving it around

Blokey in shop ( Westaway, Northampton ), says it's the first one on the road, is he right?? We've had it 2 weeks now.

Maybe it's just because it's new, but the 2.5 feels soooooo much better and pulls everywhere

Let's hope she doesn't wreck it before I get home in the New Year

My 06 STi is in the dealer's waiting for me to pick it up next week. It's probably in the showroom having everybody jump inside, flick all the switches and fart in the seats.

We both had a test drive in the 05 STI, and tbh, it woz just a little too "full on" for us. We need to use it to commute ( or should I say, "She does", while I'm out ot the country working ), and the STI just wanted to GO all the time and it certainly didn't like crawling around under 3K revs.

So we both decided on the WRX, although, if we were to get a 2nd car, which maybe an option in the Spring, then we'll get the STI, either the 05 or 06, as a weekend car ( or mine more likely )

Why can't I post an attachment on here ????

Saw an 06 STi on the M1 heading north around the Chesterfield area last sunday. Miserable rep-type didn't even glance as I passed, let alone wave

If you want to post pics, you'll need to host them on www.photobucket.com and then copy the text in the bottom panel under the required pic in your gallery (labelled "Img" ) and paste it into your thread on here.

Bought the same thing (we'll 2.0) from the same place in '03 for the same reasons you put below. Enjoy it

I saw one earlier!.... At least I thought I did, but on closer inspection it turned out to be a Daewoo!!!

Never realised they shared the same front end!!!

I saw a WR blue one about two or three weeks ago on the M1 near Nottingham. It looked quite good although the rear lights are hideous!

There's quite a few now on the road.

The very first MY06 into the country was back in September..

It made it's debut at Trax on the SIDC club stand..

The owner is Heazille, it was purchased through Litchfields I believe.

Hi Gussy

happy Xmas !! It looks like you have your present sorted ..LOL

I have a real soft spot for white cars as I have had 3 of them !! The MKII Astra GTE looked nice in white....which is why I got one

If you go for the grey the darker "charcoal" looks pretty stealthy

Say hello to Andy for me !!

Cheers

Shaun
