On the streets in a patrol car .......
Who on Scoobynet would you pull over, what would you 'do' them for and what penalty would you issue??
By the way, pslewis is exempt from selection!!
I would pull over anyone I saw with a set of CockLink lights, fine them £100 and tell them not to be so bloody stupid!!

Illegal number plates.
I hate them and I think it is the thin end of the wedge that the police seem to tolerate them.
Fog lights would be next on my list.....

I would pull anyone with chavvy lexus lights. They really bring the marque down. Give them a slip to have them replaced and mot'd within a week. On repeat offense car is impounded and given to someone who can look after it.

I like the idea of impounding Mr Lewis's car and fitting every crappy mod to it.

And to top it off, It should be poisoned with Optimax with several bottles of Red Bull (or whatever you use to get an extra half a BHP )
