I've been having a look on the usual internet car sales sites (autotrader/topmarques/carsource etc) and with only the odd exception , it would seem people are asking more for their bug/blob eye scoobs than they were this time last month(when i bought mine),is this just one of those things or a bad omen for the new model?

Asking or getting?

 

From what Ive seen over the last month its the other way around. One exception, old RAs seem to have strong prices. The rest, every other model of Impreza is falling in price, and some big discounts can be got. Seen the same cars for sale month after month so it seems a very slow market.

 

No they are falling. Pisses me off when my WRX owes me 6k and i could get a really recent Fiat Coupe 20v turbo, and i'm driving this tatty piece of **** (even though it's faster). Bastid!

 

prices have dropped loads, bought my old MY99 4 years ago for £13k then last week bought a MY95 STI RA for under £4k!!!!
