Yep only fit em to the front wheels of your scooby, don't get 2 sets and fit em front and back.

I use the ones from the English Chain company that Halfords used to sell.

Only on the cav though and its better in the snow than the scoob!!

Cool

alternatively get a set of winter tyres, these will be perfectly good enough unless you are going to a place that you specifically need snow chains.

I have a set of Nokian WRs on my car and they are fantastic, you will not believe how much fun your scoob will be in the snow until you fit a set of decent winter tyres to it, and believe me I was the worlds biggest sceptic until I got a set.

Last 2 cars where quattro audis and never needed snow chains and im up the hills as soon as it snows in Scotland and at least once a year in the alps and have driven in pretty bad conditions. Just got the scoob so havent tried it in the snow but i would imagine it should be as least as good as Audis or better as its lighter with skinny'er tyres.

If you must though why not try the new 'snow socks' for your tyres. No its not a joke. Probably not got as much grip ultimately as chains but the advert i saw says you can leave them on up to 30mph on dry roads which would be good if snow was patchy as you cant use chains at all on dry roads.

Does the UK get enough snow to justify snow chains ??????
Unless you live in the sticks or in some valley somewhere I wouldn't bother. 4WD should be enough, aslong as you've got decent tread on your tyres.
