What inconsiderate drivers people who drive Mercs are?? Surly i can not be the
only one who thinks this. Am i??? How is it every Merc driver i come across is either the most incosiderate/obnoxious driver on the road or can not even drive at all. Does any one know why they obviosly think they own the road and that they are the only cars on it. Just thought id ask as its botherd me for ages and i personally think they are by far the worst drivers on the roads today

When you buy a car it will reflect your personality. Now people with the same car would have the same personality. People with Scooby would be fun and outgoing, while Mercedes people would be boring and a bit snobish.

No mate your wrong, they're not incodsiderate - they are just plain a***holes who think they own the road, and look down upon you and most cant drive to save their lives.

BTW my Dad drives a Merc S500 so i know what i'm talking about, he scares the f*** out of me at times his drivings that bad!

VW Passat drivers are practicing to become Audi drivers.

Audi drivers are practicing to become BMW drivers.

BMW drivers are practicing to become w*nkers, they qualify when they discover the w*nker switch. The one that switches off the indicators and allows them to drive 1cm from the rear bumper of the car in front.

The above comments are aimed at the majority, not the minority.

I overtook a Merc last year, on a straight road, with nothing coming the other way, he was doing 50mph and I didn't want to so I overtook him.
A few hours later, the police were knocking at my door, the tw@t had complained about me. His speed IS the correct speed. W@nker

I have a Merc Diesel estate and a WRX..... Jeckel and Hyde....

seriously the Auto box and comfort of a Merc does make you lazy, one hand on the wheel, one on your bolx, gaze out the front window occasionally look at whats going on around you. Indicators....what a nusiance, all that ticking and tocking.... aaahhh Terry Wogan, what a chappie..

Its because you're not allowed to buy a Merc until you're 65, by which time senility and myopia are well on their way.

Dont hate them as much as Volvo drivers though - especially the prat the other day who wasnt happy with just cutting me up by dodging into my lane without indicating ( after having already had about 500 yards of road before in which to slow down a bit and change lane quite safely behind me ), but made me slam my brakes on at 40 and he still only missed the front bumper by 2 inches !

Was quite lucky I was following my wife down to the garage at the time or I would've been tempted to take the next turning and follow him.

Have to agree. As soon as I see a Merc I just no the driver is going to be a total w*nker. They have paid all that money for a car that does not seem to have indicators, and it must have a steering problem as can it hell stay in its lane. They veer all over the road and go all the way round roundabouts in the outside lane. Front bumpers must be super magnetic as they stick seem to like sitting 2 inches off my rear. BMW drivers come close second. HATE THEM! HATE THEM! There I feel better now.

I think BMW drivers are very aware of the stigma that goes with the cars these days. Yeah, you still get the odd w@nker but I've noticed a lot more of them actually being curteous (sp?) and well mannered on the road lately(except maybe 7 series drivers).

Mercedes and oversized (the cars, not the drivers) 4x4 drivers on the other hand...........
