Was just reading an Autocar magazine from last month about importing cars from Japan. Noticed on one of the photos there are several 06 sti's pictured but without bonnet scoops.

Whats all that about then?

They are not Impreza sti's. Maybe a sport made to look like an sti (minus the scoop!)

They definately looks like sti's. Rear arch, roof spoiler, badges, wheels, and a roof vent. Just no bonnet vent. They are all lined up and brand new, so not modified in any way.

I think you may find that they are white cars with the white protective coverings over the bonnet scoop so it looks like there's no scopp there. They may well have been our Spec C Group N donor cars.

You are right. Looking at the pics a bit closer you can just see the stretched plastic rippled. Looks just like a smooth bonnet though!
Thanks as I was looking for a front mount IC. It's coming....isn't it?
