my instinct would say its genuine but you never know, it could be very good fake.

There was an article on TV recently about EBAY where they bought heaps of branded clothes etc and most of them were fake. They all had the logos etc but it doesnt mean the one your looking at is fake but it made me think twice.

Massive amount of fake clothing on Ebay now.

Even the stuff sold as authentic is usually fake. Problem is you buy the stuff, then complain to the seller that its fake - they wont refund you, so you are pretty much stuck with the item. If you leave them negative feedback they'll simply leave some for you.

What does it matter if it is fake or not? As long its good quality and you can't tell it apart from the original, I wouldn't mind paying less for the 'fake'.

SWRT change their range every year; even if it's not in this year's catalogue it could well be old stock. I'd say go ahead.

i have searched loads of clothing sites now and i cant find it anywhere.

i have already bid on it, but im considering retracting my bid.

for me it would be fine, but as its a present, im just going to buy the one from SWRT shop.

i was just wondering if anyone had seen these for sale anywhere else, or in fact owned on

cheers

Seems like it's genuine however word of caution, have a look at the seller's history. They have sold 3 of them already in the last few weeks (although in all fairness, they have received good feedback).

Is it that easy to have a regular supply of "official" Prodrive merchandise

Looks genuine to me, it's very well presented. Generally, fraudsters copy designer gear like Ralph Lauren, Gucci etc - I doubt that they would copy prodrive gear as there simply isn't the same mass market for it as the designer labels. If you get it and it's pants, re-list it.
