Thumbs up Review of WRC Technologies

I found WRC Technologies through a friend that was getting his EVO6 remapped. I spent the day at WRC with Allan and Chris and came away really impressed. Not once while we were there did we get the big sales pitch like most tuning shops. WRC is very clean, organised and professionally operated unlike a 'clinic' I had the misfortune of visiting a while back.
Fast forward 4 months and I am in need of getting some STi 'pinks' installed along with a remap for my APS S/R30 turbo. I called WRC and set up the appointment. Yesterday I arrived at WRC and the work started. 60, yes 60 dyno runs later my '02 WRX is finished. Chris is a perfectionist if I have ever met one. They do tend to be a bit conservative on the map work though. Chris says he like safe tunes that have some sympathy for the stock internals. Am I happy with the results? Hell yes!

Stock stuff:
2002 US spec Subaru WRX
45k miles

Power Output:
334.8fwhp 310ftlbs
262.6hp at the wheels

Engine
APS S/R30 turbo @ 17.5psi (1.2bar)
STi 'pink' injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
ECUTEK tuned to 11.1 AFR @ WOT
TurboXS FMIC with Thermo Tec heat sleave on cold side
TurboXS short ram
TurboXS bypass valve
Helix 3" catless TBE w/ electronic CEL fix
Helix catless up-pipe
NGK Iridium plugs (one step colder)
Throttle body coolant by-pass
AEM alt pully
Perrin turbo inlet hose
Royal Purple pure synthetic oils

I can honestly recommend WRC to anyone wanting great work at great prices. I know my WRX wont be at any other tuning shop while I own it!
