My dads 03 WRX has had so much bad luck since my dad has owned it. For starters, somebodey rolled into the back on by dads car on the M25 one day this year when there was a hold up.He had to have a new rear bumper. another occassion he reversed into a tree and had to have scoobyclinc repair the car with new rear bumper and rear tail light. ripping off mud flaps, badly kerbed alloys, quite a few scratches and a few chips and now whilst my dad was parked at work yesterday and HGV broke the front number plate off. Im mean come on.

He did some phoning around this morning, starting with Quenbys in Baldock where he brought the car from and asked what the price of a new front number plate would be and the person said 7.50 + vat. He then phones up halfords and they quoted 14.99. He gones out to do some shopping and goes in out local Milehams store and gets one that costs 7.99 and it has Milehams.com on the bottom of the plate and he has to fit the dam thing him self. Now what i can under my dad is having his 30k service on wed next week he could of got them to get a plate for him and fit it and it would have the Quenby Isusu phone number bit at the bottom. Wouldn't that of been better??

Soon after owning the car he says that one of his previous cars escort has a '3' in the number plate and he had lots of problems with that car. And now the scoob is an 03 plate car he is having the same sort of problems.

Oh and another thing he does not know how to drive the fall stop. almost 98% of his gear changes are at 3 grand the last 2% are at 3.5 grand. He never sticks into the carner like most of you scoob drivers do. He drive that car like an old man....well he is.

That car is wased on him.

I am not one bit jealous of him at all even if he has got a scoob and i so badly want one. But when i do get one ill show him how your can drive a scoob. He may need a sick bag!!!

I've got a similar thing with my number plates, every car i've owned up until the scoob has had 66 in the number plate, and not one car broke down one me or gave me any probs, now i've got no 6's and the car broke down within the first 2 weeks!

Unlucky numbers really. Well i was born on the 13th october and for most people Friday 13th is unlucky and the number 13 is unlucky for most, but not me.
