KNOCKING SOUND

KNOCKING SOUND
might be nothing, but sometimes when i corner at low speed i can hear a slight knocking sound coming from the rear of the car.
could this be a sign of some sort of suspension trouble?
the car is a wr1.

it seems to be happening to most of the STi 8's and WR1's. mine only does it from the left side if i have people in the back of my car.
Phoned my local dealer who states that theres nothing wrong with the suspension its apparently with the shocks being so hard it resonates the movement through the car hense hearing it knock.
Im taking it in on monday as they state they fit some kind of bush/damper to the top of the strut, curing the problem, which is covered by warranty.
So hopefully that will work
