Default Just a question

Just wanted to know if any of you have had dealings with a company called Parts Plaza in London, if so how do you rate their service?

Okay I take it nobody has then hehehe

This is the reason why I ask.

They import Jap parts including Scooby engines and according to them test every engine before they are sent out. They say they are not breakers. We bought an engine off them for a WRX. When we fitted it and test drove the vehicle we discovered the crankshaft was knackered in the engine they supplied. Yes I know it's a risk we take and we wouldn't normally supply 2nd hand bits for a customer but the customer insisted we supplied the engine.

The engine has been returned to them and when asked for a refund they said 'No' we are at the moment still trying to get our money back, all £857 of it
