Provisional License help.
Do you have to be a permenant UK resident to be able to learn to drive in the Uk?
I have a freind of mine from Hong Kong who is studying and living here in the UK for the next year and wants to learn to drive.
The application forms for a provisional license are not particularly clear and it's a waste of time ringing Swansea as you never get to speak to anything other then a recorded message.
