Default a little help please

i own a my52 with 24,500 miles on it, the only problem i have is a get a little vibration through the steering wheel at 85 mph ish, and it seems to follow the unevenness of the road, ie say your slowing down and you go over a little uneven ground the steering wheel will move in that direction ?, it feel like it is the left side giving me the problem ? any ideas i have goodyear eagles tyres on nearlly brand new, only done 5000 miles.

is this something the car recently developed ?
The vibration sound like your wheels needs to be balanced

yeap. The wondering comes with the scooby, but surely unbalanced tyres contribute, also wrong pressure in the tyres.

Do NOT take it to your local kwick fit!

Had the same problem and made that mistake (how hard could it be to balance a wheel I thought). apparently very hard LOL

Took it back after 15 mins and got it done again! asked him to make sure he took a reading before re-doing it. 6 grams out LOL
