PPP Classic Impreza boost....
Hi,
My missus has bought a 1997 UK classic with the P.P.P fitted.
Does anyone know what boost it should be running?????
It peaks at 1.4 bar and holds 1 bar,is this right???
The 1.4 bar peak seems a bit high for my liking, its fitted with GRPA TSL downpipe, magnex de-cat centre,if this makes any difference!!!!
Thanks in advance.

Sounds about right, but 1.4 peak is a little higher than I would have expected.
My MY98 PPP +decat was about 1.2-1.3 bar peak, 0.9-1.0bar held typically (dependant on conditions). generally the higher boost was achieved on colder days.

Thanks.
Is the boost control all done by the ECU on Imprezas????
Also is there over boost cut off built into the ECU,so it will cut out
if too much boost is run????
Thanks.
