Can anybody tell me the best way to change my head unit, Does it use a special ISO connector

I needed an adapter when i changed the head unit in my 95 Sti, still had the original Jap spec tape unit.
They're easily got from most car audio places, although i get all my stereo stuff mail order from Car Electronics in Derby 01332 332 546. They're by far the best i've delt with and very helpful, guy to speak to is Richard.
