Anybody trying to sell their scoob???
I have had my P1 on the autotrader for 4 weeks now and i haven't had a single phone call yet (except one guy who want to do a straight swap for a focus RS that had been written off....yeah right!). Pretty gutted as i sold my old scoob fairly quickly. The price might be a bit higher than it should but no-one is even offering!!! Hands down it is the most immaculate P1 around! A friend and i searched the entire country for this car (must have looked at 11 or 12 different p1's at the time).
Anyone had similar probs???
Now there's a bloody petrol stike on the loom as well... that helps!!!!

I've had my Type R advertised on here for 2 weeks and have had hardly any interest. I don't think mine's overpriced either so I have no idea why it's not generating more interest???

How does your price compare with others on Auto Trader? A lot of people spending that sort of money want the security? of a dealer.
EU Imports can't be helping prices of older Scoobs - i.e. new WRX for £15k or STi for £19k - with three year warranty.

Try sticking up on e-bay. Put as much detail as possible with loads of pics and be completely honest about the condition.
Set a reserve of 15K and see what happens.
I sold my scoob a few months back, put it on here and ebay and it sold 2 days after going up on e-bay for asking price

I've had mine up for sale on here, and a few other BBS's for a couple of weeks, with no interest, barr people who want bits off my car Haven't put it i the Trader yet as I'm in no rush to sell, but I'm gonna try it at a price that I think it's worth with the mods which are on, and if I get no joy I'll return it to standard and sell the bits to make up the difference in a reduced price. Daft thing is, whoever buys it would probably go straight out and do all the mods I would be removing

Mine was in for weeks and the only interest I had was from Nigerian people who wanted me to ship it to their cousin 'Bilbo' for 3 times the asking price and I send change!

I had the same problem had my 99v in for 2 week in auto trader. Only had one guy round to view, and someone else was supposed to cove over but bought a scooby for about £900 under the asking price somewhere else. Car now in local paper still no joy.
