Question Has anyone got a small square of tinting material please ???

Guys I have a small problem I had my windows tinted this morning and on the way home I went to open the window without thinking and peeled a small bit back on the drivers window so I'm after a small piece of tinting material about 4" square that will be more than enough.

Has anyone got a small square they can send me ??
It's light tint but I don't mind what I patch it with as it's in the corner by the mirror.

My fault completely

I did not think to pick an offcut up either typical

Why dont you call the person who did it for you & ask them? Might be worth asking how much to get the window re done as I am not sure that patching will work / look good!!

I know but how embarrassing !!!! it's just a small triangle right in the corner by the mirror about as bit as a 10p piece so I think a small patch will be ok there.
But yes maybe I should admit to it and call them.

Call the person/company that did it and as for a refund and them askem them to fix the problem and repair the tint in the 'said' area of the window.

thats what i would do.

It was my fault Darren... but I think I'll call them and ask for a small square to repair it myself.

Simon - looking forward to seeing a pic.

Your cars are almost identical to mine and I've been thinking about tints for a while.

Paul.

Hope to get a few pics tomorrow Paul.... The car needs a quick clean first
I've gone for the mid tint on the rear and sides.... then a light tint for the front two... had a mid tint sunvisor fitted while I was there also, good thing about that it's on the inside not like a lot of them where the wipers scrub over them.

Legally it seems that you should not have the front two done these days and the sunvisor is limited to 6" in depth.
